Through powerful questions and active listening, the coach supports the client in moving through barriers, revealing underlying paradigms that often block success, and accessing personal power and influence. 360 feedback tools may be incorporated to reveal areas for performance improvement including Emotional Intelligence competencies as pre and post measurement.
