Step 1: Survey Development and Deployment

Trüpp provides suggested content for employee communications regarding purpose, confidentiality, and access. Survey is delivered online or by hard copy as needed

Step 2: Analysis and Recommendations Report

Trüpp conducts analysis of responses. In addition to in-depth analysis of data, results are presented by relevant drill-down categories. Survey findings are presented in easy-to-read tables and charts. Main themes from employee comments and question responses are captured as “Top 5″ Improvement Opportunities and Engagement Wins.

Step 3: Communication Plan

Trüpp provides communication plan and suggested content for pre- and post-survey communications to the workforce.
