Step 1: Survey Development and Deployment
Trupp HR provides suggested content for employee communications regarding survey purpose, confidentiality, and access. Trupp HR’s Pulse Employee Survey is delivered online or by hard copy as needed
Step 2: Analysis and Recommendations Report
Trupp HR conducts a comprehensive analysis of employee responses. In addition to an in-depth analysis of the organization-wide data, results are presented by relevant drill-down categories. Survey findings are presented in easy-to-read tables and charts. Main themes from employee comments and question responses are captured as “Top 5″ Improvement Opportunities and Engagement Wins.
Step 3: Communication Plan
