HireAbility converts CVs/resumes into useful data for HR Analytics, applicant tracking systems, job boards/career portals and staffing companies. Over the past 16 years, we have developed software (running in a SaaS model) that takes resumes/CVs (considered ‘unstructured’ documents) and reduces them to structured data (something that can easily be moved into a database). This conversion process is called ‘parsing’ and our parser also handles job descriptions/vacancies (unstructured document that describes open job positions).
