Direct Hire Placements – utilizing your hiring criteria, we develop a plan to source candidates who meet your cultural and skill requirements. Contingency and retained search services are available.
Managed Staffing – a contract assignment with professional staff to augment your existing staff or assist with long-term projects.
Contract to Hire – candidates selected by you for temporary or short-term assignments with an agreement to transition to your organization after a specified period of time – usually six-months.
Hire a PRO – a by-the-hour strategic sourcing program that keeps your pipeline flowing with qualified candidates. The program is extremely efficient and cost effective.
