ProLink’s RPO allows employers to outsource or transfer all or part of its recruitment function to ProLink. ProLink will act as company’s internal recruitment function for a portion or all of its jobs. We will manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the onboarding of the new hire.
