Developed for mid to senior-level managers, this five-day program offers an in-depth process that builds the skills, knowledge and confidence that leaders need to succeed.
Participants fill out 360-degree assessments before attending. During the program, assessment data, experiential activities and skill-building exercises help leaders understand their strengths and areas in need of improvement.
Participants also have a half-day, one-on-one session with a CCL-certified coach to clarify and plan the next steps in their development.
On-going learning and support opportunities are offered after the program ends to ensure that development continues.
