This five-day program is designed for senior executives who are responsible for organizational functions, divisions or business units.
In preparation for the program, participants fill out web-based assessments which look at thirteen leadership competencies needed to succeed at this level. During the program, assessment results are de-briefed with a CCL-certified coach to identify strengths and areas in need of development.
The program is structured around a global business simulation which offers real-time learning and is tailored to the needs of the participants. Post-program learning and support is also offered to ensure development continues.
