2017 has been a tremendous year of growth for OutSolve. In the first quarter alone OutSolve has announced the acquisition of Workplace Dynamics AAP, Pinnacle Affirmative Action Planning, and a robust partnership with America’s Job Exchange.  Now, the company is thrilled to announce that Beth Montgomery, an experienced EEO/AA practitioner in the healthcare industry, has joined OutSolve as a Senior Consultant.

Mrs. Montgomery is an exemplary leader who has worked in a challenging role as a director in a large healthcare organization with responsibility for over 400 affirmative action plans. Beth is also a known commodity in affirmative action leadership as President of the Kentucky Industry Liaison Group, a member of Special Olympics Kentucky since 2002, and many other valued affiliations. In addition to her expansive efforts to make Kindred Healthcare a leader in diversity within their industry, she has dedicated many years in her professional career to lifting others to greater heights.
