Global competence implies the ability to interact effectively with anyone in the world. To support that mission, we offer a portfolio of solutions with your flexibility in mind. We provide Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)® debrief sessions as well as global competence training programs to meet clients’ development needs. Global Competence training programs can be delivered independently or as support to targeted and prioritized GCAA® metrics.
We prefer to curate content and customize programs in order to meet participant and client priorities and needs. Courses can cover broad categories of global knowledge, attitudes or interpersonal skills, or they can focus on prioritized dimensions of the Global Competence Model™. Sample courses may include the following:
Helps participants recognize different perspectives and ways of life so that they are more inclined to receive information without judgment. It encourages individuals to step beyond what is culturally familiar, and aspire to personal growth, discovery, and appreciation across cultures.
Global Teams and Communication
Provides participants skills to bridge cultural differences in order to communicate and work collaboratively in today’s diverse team settings. As it is critical to avoid cultural faux pas and to treat others the way they wish to be treated, the course also focuses on how participants can make subtle adjustments in their approach for effective personal interactions.
