Diversity & Inclusion Training
Available from Global Competence Associates
Training programs can consist of classroom as well as simulation elements, as desired and appropriate for the audience.
A traditional classroom setting can be used for working professionals or groups of 25 or less participants who would like a full day course. Such a program can also include hands-on activities and simulation elements as desired by the client. Additionally, a course may be customized to include elements from the global competence course Global Outlook – Successful Global Attitudes.
Sometimes the best way to embrace diversity is to experience a situation firsthand from another's perspective. A simulation environment allows participants to become active participants in their learning, rather than simply observers. A simulation training program can be flexible to accommodate groups of varying sizes through different delivery formats.
