We've always had an excellent experience working with EBI. EBI helped our company consolidate background investigation and drug screening services from a very decentralized legacy approach to a much more streamlined process, and has provided tailored solutions for us throughout the consolidation and implementation efforts. Our main POCs have been responsive and extremely knowledgeable - helping to educate our folks on regulations and best practices at all times. The technology solutions for initiating and tracking screenings is advanced but simple to use - and offers great flexibility.
