Team Navigator measures the health and alignment of your teams across 3 critical dimensions: Purpose, People and Climate using a confidential survey process. Every team member participates in a 1:1 coaching session focused on their individual feedback and creates targeted development goals tied to the team’s needs. We customize the agenda for a Team Retreat based on specific insights from the individual coaching, the individual survey results, and the response patterns within the team's survey data. The team makes both group and individual commitments to help the team thrive.
