In our experience, the higher level the position is, the more visible and accessible candidate prospects are. This makes the sourcing process much less time consuming, which enables us to charge a disruptively low fee for this service.
Granted, we don’t wine and dine candidates or treat clients to box seats like executive retained search firms commonly do, but for about 7% of salary we find, qualify and engage the same candidates for whom executive search firms charge 30+%.
