They are super helpful and great to work with. I was weary as I always thought gamification was a bit of a buzzword but Gameffective's team worked hard to make sure to understand our need and customize their platform around it. We've seen over 70% of our call center workers engaged with their platform on an almost daily basis. They are logging in more tasks, with far fewer mistakes and much better success rates. This service is stellar!
