The Social Security Trace cross-references more than 300 data sources to identify names and addresses that have been used in conjunction with a given social security number. The trace also provides a scan of the Social Security Administration's (SSA) Death Master File.
Returns names and addresses used with a Social Security Number. Confirmation as to whether the SSN does or does not appear in the SSA's Death Master File. It may also provide the state and year of issue depending on available historic data.
