The 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection that was scheduled to open in mid-July has updated its tentative opening date to Fall of 2023. This allows you more time to prepare for the filing as the EEOC completes its mandatory, three-year renewal of the EEO-1 data collection by the Office of Management and Budget.
