Employers who provide supplies and/or services to the federal government must certify in the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) Contractor Portal each year to show they comply with affirmative action requirements. DCI Consulting, a long-time compliance partner of federal contractors and subcontractors, has developed a guide to aid in the certification process. This guide answers the questions of, “Who must certify?” and, “When must certification be completed?” It also provides detailed, step-by-step directions, along with a list of the necessary information needed, to help covered contractors certify compliance in the portal.
