Insight Global Chief Financial Officer Chi Nguyen and the company’s C-Suite leadership this month announced the reorganization of the executive Finance team.
The announcement includes the appointment of Tim Senior to VP, Finance—International & Advanced Services, along with two external hires: Roald Richards, VP, Finance—Revenue and Strategic Growth; and Janelle Tzanetakos, VP, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Tim Senior , the newly appointed VP, Finance—International & Advanced Services, has been with Insight Global for seven years, most recently serving as VP, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Tim has been instrumental in building the company’s forecasting, planning, and analytical capabilities and supporting the executive team on several key strategic initiatives. Prior to his time at Insight Global, Tim spent seven years at Ernst & Young in international accounting and tax consulting, including two years working in the Netherlands specializing in cross-border financial operations.
Roald Richards is joining the company in a newly created leadership role as VP, Finance—Revenue and Strategic Growth. Roald is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years’ experience in finance. His experience includes extensive history in FP&A and commercial and operational finance for B2B industrial services businesses. He also has experience working in high-growth, private equity environments. Roald joins Insight Global from Brand Industrial Services, a $5 billion global specialized services provider to the industrial, commercial and infrastructure end markets, where he was Senior Vice President of Finance Performance Management.
Janelle Tzanetakos is joining Insight Global as VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, a reimagined role of the existing FP&A leadership role held by Tim Senior. Janelle is a highly skilled strategic finance executive with over 20 years’ experience combining extensive finance and accounting expertise to deliver insights and recommendations to support large complex strategic initiatives. She will be joining Insight Global from Papa John’s International, a $5 billion global quick-service restaurant brand, where she built and led the company’s FP&A function and served as a key contributor to management, the Board of Directors, and Audit Committee.
Additionally, Chi Nguyen welcomed Melissa Casorio as the new Executive Assistant—Office of the CFO.
