Insight Global kicked off its second school year partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta for the Beyond School Walls program. Through this initiative, we are proud to provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping shape their futures and build meaningful relationships.
As part of the program, students visit our Insight Global headquarters once a month for two hours. During these visits, each student is paired with a mentor (“Big”) in a one-on-one match. Over time, Bigs and Littles form deep bonds as they engage in activities and discussions that foster personal growth and connection.
This year, we are thrilled to have 30 Bigs participating, representing a wide range of departments across our Atlanta office—including Sales, Revenue, ESG, Human Resources, Properties, IT, and more. The diverse expertise and experiences of our employees offer a unique opportunity for the Littles to learn and be inspired.
