The program helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors™ model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members— based on the Everything DiSC® model—and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.
We also offer Facilitator Accreditation which is a blended-learning course with self-directed activities and live virtual sessions. We have two types of accreditation, one Powered by Everything DiSC® and one Powered by All TypesTM.
Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for at least two years at which point you have the option to renew.
