ProLink’s RPO allows employers to outsource or transfer all or part of its recruitment function to ProLink. ProLink will act as company’s internal recruitment function for a portion or all of its jobs. We will manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the onboarding of the new hire. The whole goal of ProLink’s RPO is to improve our clients time to file, increase the quality of candidates, provide measureables and adhere to all compliance regulations.
