When Energage, a fast-growing HR technology company, partnered with Careerminds, the organization was in the process of aligning its resources with its long term goals to compete in a quickly changing market. To meet these goals and future-proof the organization, Energage had to become leaner by holding a reduction in force, the first event of its kind in the company’s history. With limited RIF experience and a passion to do right by their displaced workers, Energage needed expert guidance and support to ensure the event would run smoothly, while also making sure all workers were taken care of afterward.
