When Energage, a fast-growing HR technology company, partnered with Careerminds, the organization was in the process of aligning its resources with its long term goals to compete in a quickly changing market. To meet these goals and future-proof the organization, Energage had to become leaner by holding a reduction in force, the first event of its kind in the company’s history.
