Jonathan will remain a strategic advisor to the Company as it continues growing its programmatic offering. Mr. Baker was also named to PandoLogic's Board of Directors, effective today.

Baker brings extensive experience in Talent Acquisition focused industries, including 20+ years of managing high growth companies in the software and media markets. Mr. Baker's expertise encompasses B2B revenue and market expansion, SaaS models using A.I., Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Ad Networks, Social Media, Employer Branding, as well as Global Sales Management and corporate development including executive leadership roles with CA Technologies, Adicio Inc., Advanced Recruiting Technology Inc., Hire.com and Template Graphics Software Inc. Mr. Baker has been an active spokesman for PandoLogic and thought leader in the Talent Acquisition industry over many years. He also serves as a director for ZRG Partners, LLC, a high growth Executive Search firm. Mr. Baker holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and an MBA in Marketing from San Diego State University.
