Enhance your career and expand your consulting capability by demonstrating complex OD tools and processes. Learn advanced theories and applications to help lead change effectively within your organization.
· Develop and deploy culture transformation strategies, understand and reframe mindsets and help the organization to transform so that they can achieve their goals.
·Demonstrate Integrated Strategic OD approaches, large group interventions, global strategic orientation, facilitating positive OD, and help the organization to achieve its vision/mission.
·Operate as an OD Professional in a global context, manage cross-cultural issues, diversity and inclusion, and legal issues.
·Learn to apply analytical tools and methodologies to make OD credible and accountable to maximize value, increase ROI, and achieve measurable outcomes.
Designed for experienced OD professionals (10+ years), the ODCC will prepare you to manage complex change and apply adaptive and dialogic methods to transform company culture.
Program Prerequisite
In order to qualify for the ODCC program, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:
·You are a graduate of the ODCP programor
·You have 10+ years of experience, a good understanding of the Action Research Model and Systems Theory and can demonstrate how you have implemented the ARM.
