GIODN proudly announces our first  mini-conference, to be held virtually on March 16 th , 9:00 -12:00 PM EST , for members and non-members to learn more about Future Trends in Organization Development for 2023.  Our presenters, Dr. Nancy Zentis, Patricia Dammann, MBA, MS, and Gene Wheeler, ABD will discuss topics on What’s New in OD for 2023, Future Trends in Talent Management, and What is the latest Leadership Development Best Practices.  Each topic will be informative and engaging.  Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and join in each dialogue session.  All participants will receive a copy of the slide deck.  Members will have access to the recording.  Please register below to save your spot for our upcoming Mini-Conference.

Leadership Development Best Practices  – What you need to know to help your organization address leadership challenges and prepare a Leadership Development Strategy for 2023.  There are new approaches in the leadership development arena.  We will dive in and discuss the best practices of today.
