Institute of Organization Development announcing our Professional Membership Organization GIODN's Mini Conference, 3-16-23 - Future Trends in OD, Talent Management, and Leadership Development

GIODN proudly announces our first  mini-conference, to be held virtually on March 16 th , 9:00 -12:00 PM EST , for members and non-members to learn more about Future Trends in Organization Development for 2023.  Our presenters, Dr. Nancy Zentis, Patricia Dammann, MBA, MS, and Gene Wheeler, ABD will discuss topics on What’s New in OD for 2023, Future Trends in Talent Management, and What is the latest Leadership Development Best Practices.  Each topic will be informative and engaging.  Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and join in each dialogue session.  All participants will receive a copy of the slide deck.  Members will have access to the recording.  Please register below to save your spot for our upcoming Mini-Conference.

Now more than ever OD professionals need to be able to partner with their leaders to provide sustainable solutions that align with organizational needs.
2. Future Trends in Talent Management  – What are some current Talent Management challenges?  What Talent Management strategies will address current challenges? How to develop talent for the future.  These are the concerns that Talent Management Professionals and Strategists have been sharing with me.  We will take a look at approaches to address these issues.
3. Leadership Development Best Practices  – What you need to know to help your organization address leadership challenges and prepare a Leadership Development Strategy for 2023.  There are new approaches in the leadership development arena.  We will dive in and discuss the best practices of today.
