The Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP) is for those participants with some experience in the field of OD, who would like to gain a formal certification to enhance their career. ODCP is designed to help participants learn how to help senior leaders manage change and solve organizational challenges using Organization Development concepts, theory, and practical application. Participants earn the distinction as an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP). Participants learn how to apply OD's seven-phase change management model - the Action Research Model and other OD applications to help clients through the change process and create sustainable solutions to ensure successful change.
Participants learn how to build relationships, gain senior leader buy-in, create culture change, involve others in the process, create a playbook to implement change, measure results, improve organization systems, and integrate sustainable change processes into the culture for ongoing renewal.
This OD Certification Program (ODCP) is offered online, for an 8-month period, meeting 3 hours per month. Participants complete assignments, a project and case study, and a final exam to complete their certification and gain distinction and ODCP credentials. Participants earn 24 HRCI, SHRM, and ACMP CCE's.
