The ODCC program is for those experienced OD professionals ready to advance to the consultant level with 10 or more years of experience. Participants learn how to demonstrate and practice advanced OD models, concepts, tools, and interventions to prepare participants to manage complex change and apply adaptive, and dialogic methodology to transform cultures. Participants learn to apply analytics and measure the return on investment to help clients achieve organizational success.
Participants learn how to advance to the OD Consultant level and work with clients to help organizations lead complex change, using the Action Research Model, OD's research-based, scientific approach to change. Participants learn a variety of OD Dialogic Methods, Appreciative Inquiry, Design Thinking, Open Space, and World Cafe to help clients deal with challenging change issues. Participants learn how to apply advanced consulting techniques to guide leaders and stakeholders to manage and lead sustainable organizational change. Participants gain experience designing and redesigning organizational systems and structures and develop critical interventions to increase organizational effectiveness. Participants recognize how to develop cultural transformation strategies and apply analytical tools and methodologies to measure the outcomes of OD interventions.
