My overall experience with the Institute of Organization Development was superb, it also came at the right time during COVID-19 crisis where working from home became the new normal. As an HR professional , learning through IOD ,more specially during the COVID-19 Pandemic, assisted me in transitioning from your normal HRBP to an astute Change and Transformation practitioner. It brought about new perspectives to doing HR in today's business place. My experiences with IOD provided me with ideas of doing HR the solutionist way. At work I was given more opportunities to either run with or be part of various teams working on achieving a culture of high performance and business improvement amongst others. I am ready to take on the world with my IDCC certification!
