Moving through a change requires understanding how people transition through change. This is the psychological aspect of working through a change and it cannot be overlooked or dismissed. People need to be treated with respect and given the grace to move through the phases.

Results:
1. Clearly understand the three phases able to identify the emotions and behaviors with each phase
2. Gain more awareness into human behavior and how to offer compassion and understanding for where people are at, not necessarily where we want them to be at
