Mindful at Work is an online course for anyone interested in applying science-based mindfulness practice in their work life. The live, online instructor is from Naropa University, a pioneer of North America’s mindfulness research and a leader in the modern mindfulness movement. Beginners as well as experienced mindfulness practitioners are welcome. You will expand your repertoire for navigating challenging situations with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

The course format is briefly described as:
* 8 weeks online with 60-90 minutes weekly commitment
* 4 live, online instructor-led group engagements
* Online class cohort forum, group exercises, study partners & peer-to-peer messaging
* On-demand, self-paced video instruction, reading content & self-assessment exercises
