The Connective Leadership Institute’s Certification Seminar addresses the need for effective leadership in our increasingly interconnected world, where diverse individuals and organizations - often with conflicting agendas - must live and work together.
The Certification presents The Connective Leadership Model and a Suite of Assessments for professional use by leadership specialists, including:
The CLI Suite of Assessments measures individuals’ and organizations’ current, as well as their aspired-to, Achieving Styles Profiles (the “go-to” behaviors that individuals use for achieving their goals and that organizations reward). The scientifically-designed Assessments are intended for multiple purposes:
increasing leadership effectiveness
organizational culture change
Based on ground-breaking research by Prof. Jean Lipman-Blumen (Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management) and Prof. Harold J. Leavitt (Stanford Graduate School of Business), the Connective Leadership Model, Assessments, and related research are in use in more than 135 countries. In 2010, the International Leadership Association (ILA) awarded Prof. Lipman-Blumen its Lifetime Achievement Award, based in large part on this work.
