"Leading A Virtual Team: Practical Tips for Building Engagement"- HR Forum August

Press Release from Churchill Leadership Group Inc

Churchill Hosting Virtual HR Forum - Providing Safe Space For HR Professionals

The United States, August 13, 2020 --   Churchill Leadership Group will be hosting an interactive, Peer-to-Peer HR Forum on Thursday, August 13, at 1 pm EST. Churchill's HR Forums are a safe, confidential space where HR leaders and professionals can meet and explore guided topics with peers from across industries and the globe. Churchill Coaches facilitate the live forum, and it is a free 60-min opportunity to mastermind with other HR professionals. Register for the Live HR Forum here: https://bit.ly/33u46ZN.

August's forum will center on how HR can help their organization's teams work successfully together virtually. Churchill recognizes that not only do supervisors need to establish processes for efficient workflow, accountability, and communication, but they must also ensure that remote workers feel engaged, supported, and valued - and Churchill is here to support human resources in that journey.

HR and leadership professionals are under constant pressure to stay in front of a crisis to support the people in their organizations. To cope with challenges COVID-19 continues to bring, many companies are exploring ways to help their employees work productively from home. While initially a short-term situation, virtual work for many teams are here to stay for the foreseeable future.

Teams who may have just been limping along now need to figure out how to make virtual working a viable longer-term solution. However, the shift to virtual management is not straightforward or simple. Virtual teams are fundamentally different from regular work teams. They cross boundaries related to geography, time, and organization and use technology to communicate and collaborate.

Churchill's Coach Tracy will be leading the interactive, peer-to-peer discussion exploring how HR can help their organization's teams work successfully together virtually. She will be guiding the conversation around the Three Cs of Culture, Communication, and Collaboration. Please visit here to register for the HR Forum: https://bit.ly/33u46ZN.
