MOGUL SEEKS NOMINATIONS FOR LIST OF TOP 100 DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION LEADERS IN 2021 

Full list of winners to be announced January 18, 2022 

 

(NEW YORK) - Mogul, Inc. , an innovative HR tech disruptor with a vision to unlock the world’s greatest potential, today announced that it is seeking nominations for its list of “Top 100 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders in 2021.” Nominations can be submitted here and are due Dec. 23. Anyone may nominate a person who is working toward diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within a workplace. 

Nominations may include persons in any role and at any level of an organization.

According to Pham, nominated leaders should demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Advocates positive change, challenges norms, and creates welcoming environments  
  • Embodies the values of a truly inclusive leader 

The list is determined using a weighted scoring methodology, taking into account the leader’s implementation of new practices, support and resources for employees, and overall contributions to raising the bar for industry-wide work standards.
