We have used ContractRecruiter for approximately a year for a number of different candidate searches in the high tech space. In that time, we’ve experienced an efficiency not encountered with other types of recruitment methods. ContractRecruiter has organized practices that are consistently followed and well-managed through every step of the recruitment process. From the initial interview and job description review with the recruiter, to the weekly follow-ups, there is ongoing communication between ContractRecruiter and our internal team to ensure the right candidates are presented. Although we’ve never used an hourly fee-based contract recruitment team before, we appreciate that they provide quick and positive results and well-vetted candidates who are educated about our business.
