In today's workforce, there are five generations. Employers planning mass retirements just a few years ago are now searching for ways to accommodate employees who can't afford to retire or are simply safe and comfortable enough to choose to stay at work. On the other hand, the labor force continues to work hard and strategize to find the best candidates to fill jobs and serve their customers.
This training looks at the past and reality of the generational divide, focusing on recruiters and succession planning. In it, we'll debate whether it's more important to define each generation's actual limits or whether the merits of individuals in the field of jobs are more significant. We'll also look at challenges, solutions, and methods for bridging the generational divide. After all, knowing others aids our understanding of ourselves and our ability to treat the people we work with.
