Being a self-leader requires accepting responsibility for our actions, selecting our life's path, and having the resources to achieve our objectives successfully. Self-leaders can be found at all levels of a company's organizational structure. They serve as front-line workers in various positions, as middle managers and chief executive officers (CEO).
Anything is possible when you have self-leadership! People who practice self-leadership take control of their lives and destiny by making empowered decisions and acting on them. It all starts with a determination to choose what you want to do with your life and to put in the effort necessary to attain those objectives. This training goal is for participants to internalize the four pillars of self-leadership: a personal vision and purpose, a set of values, and a set of principles.
