Time management is the act of planning, organizing, and controlling one's time to make the most of one's available resources. It can include setting objectives, developing a timetable, prioritizing chores, and keeping track of one's progress. The ability to manage one's time is vital for everyone.
There are 24 hours in each day during which we can be productive. Many of us are required to work and sleep, at the very least. The remaining hours are critical to our ability to complete our tasks. Even at work, we must learn to manage our time well to be productive and perform at our peak. Many people have noticed that they move from one duty to the next, seeking to achieve everything yet falling short of their objectives. This is frequent since they have not effectively controlled their time.
Managing one's time is a skill that can be learned with time and effort. If you make a conscious effort to manage your time better, you will see a significant increase in productivity. In this workshop, participants will learn how to manage their time in order to achieve their goals effectively.
This workshop is offered to groups of 5 or more.
