The purpose of the present paper is to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Tilt 365
Positive Influence Predictor. The Positive Influence Predictor is a multi-rater assessment
based on the Tilt Framework, which is a wholistic model of character strengths. The purpose
of the assessment is to show people how they and others perceive their behavior so that
they can learn to balance all 12 core character strengths. We evaluated the evidence of
validity, internal consistency reliability, inter-rater reliability, and inter-rater agreement.
