I had the sincere pleasure of being trained by Nada Lena and the Rise Up For You, team. Her and her team trained over 100 managers and executive management team for Don Roberto Jewelers. The content is applicable in every aspect of life and I can truly say I'm a better husband and employee as a result of the training. Our organization now knows the value of emotional intelligence and how the lack of EQ can negatively affect every relationship. Post training, I feel we have a better relationships and a better understanding of my counterparts, family and friends. In the workspace we're more engaged more open and honest. It's truly a refreshing feeling. I not only want to recommend Nada but thank her for impact she's made on myself and our organization.
