(Click to enlarge image) This advanced application program is available to individuals who completed the Talent Academy for Leaders (formerly Leadership Academy or LEAD Academy). It is designed to provide a recap of the most important concepts covered, refresh individuals’ view as a leader, and renew someone’s passion for achieving results through and with others. It also introduces new content on DISC, performance management, delegation and personality styles along with the Working Genius model and how it relates to projects, tasks, leadership and teams.

​​Review past successes, identify current or future challenges and link to leadership competencies.
Identify tendencies to better lead, motivate, direct, and develop direct reports. Reduce poor tendencies.
Apply the Working Genius’ six characteristics in how people and teams get work done to maximize teamwork.
Recognize communication fundamentals and feedback are key to having greater impact and action in others.
Build competence and confidence in coaching others, including embracing positive conflict and resolving negative conflict.
Recognize the importance of developing SMART goals when coaching or holding someone accountable.
Delegate responsibilities and develop individuals more effectively given style and Working Genius.
Utilize easy engagement strategies to boost employee motivation and satisfaction leading to improved retention.
Gain buy-in to change by deploying an individualized and group approach.

Virtual Open Enrollment Public Program is delivered via Zoom one half-day (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Pacific) every week for 3 total sessions. The open enrollment program includes EverythingDiSC and Working Genius assessment and report..

Customized Private In-Person or Virtual: Private programs can be customized to organizational and group needs with any catalog topic, delivered virtually or in-person anywhere in the world. Customization also includes the ability to incorporate the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Birkman Signature Report, Predictive Index (PI) results, and/or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) methodologies. Training can also be delivered with no behavioral assessments or component.
