This program offers participants the chance to enhance their self-awareness, knowledge, and skills regarding workplace diversity and inclusion. From understanding the positive impact diversity and inclusion have on business outcomes to challenging everyday assumptions and unconscious biases, participants will embark on a journey to embrace and positively leverage our differences. Self-aware individuals can significantly advance an organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
