This Hybrid certificate program will provide you with the skills to recognize and understand what is happening in your organization culture, and how to influence it positively. Group Dynamics, Theories and Process Consultation (April 2026) 5. Intervention Strategies (June 2026) 6. Facilitating and Managing Complex Adaptive Change (August 2026)
