ABOUT Global Competence Associates
Global Competence Associates is dedicated to all facets of developing the interpersonal skills needed for the global workforce, from assessment to development, as well as certification. Our work is based entirely on worldwide consensus research that defined "global competence," and determined the necessary cultural knowledge, flexible attitudes, and respectful and inclusive interpersonal skills, which are presented in the Global Competence Model™.

The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)® is used worldwide, and it measures all researched dimensions of global competence. The GCAA® can be used in conjunction with coaching, eLearning, training, and other forms of development as a diagnostic tool to target the most appropriate development pathways and close skills gaps.

Global Competence Associates has been providing services to corporations, nonprofit organizations, government, and academia since 2005.
