Executive Forum's three core leadership programs present a comprehensive set of skills, tailored for the level at which the leader functions, that integrate common language, leadership philosophies, and the principles of equity. Good leaders are always evolving and continually adapting as situations around them change. Hence, leadership is presented as a continuous improvement journey, rather than a single event of destination.
Executive Forum programs allow leaders to deepen their ability to be inclusive, authentic, vulnerable, and resilient, translating to better relationship and greater accountability across their teams. Our multi-day programs present leadership concepts, opportunity to see them in action and reflect, and time for real-play. Concepts are woven together throughout the course of the workshop to provide a template for HOW leaders do "the what and why of" leadership. In essence, our learning architects and facilitators help participants connect the dots for how the people leader skills link together. Executive Forum's programs are designed to move the needle. Our overarching goals is to provide leadership development that results in strong, cohesive leadership practices and confident leaders. We employ modalities that target multiple learning styles, presented experientially so they are more likely to stick, and practiced as presented using relevant day-to-day situations from their own experiences so that learnings are more likely to be internalized and employed on the job.
Delivered in-house or via open enrollment, our results-oriented programs teach the HOW of leadership that enables the immediate application of new skills. Organizations experience significant gains in developing a sense of community, fostering stronger cross-functional relationships, and building bench strength for the future.
