TPSU’s curriculum was developed to support concentrated continuing education in the areas of established practices and new concepts in retirement plan oversight. Our mission is to introduce academic research, particularly in behavioral finance, into the management and oversight of employer-sponsored retirement plans.
The education experience at TPSU is constructed on the principle that adults learn best through active participation with knowledgeable peers and instructors. Participants in TPSU sessions have the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of Plan Sponsors, Plan Fiduciaries, and Company Retirement & Benefit Committee members. The sessions are designed to be hands-on, interactive, and thought-provoking, fostering a stimulating educational environment.
