I recently had the opportunity to attend an exceptional TPSU event which helps consultants like myself to deliver superior products and resources to our clients. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a typical industry gathering; it was a hub of innovation, collaboration, and learning. The event featured a diverse lineup of speakers, each sharing their expertise and insights on emerging trends and tools that can transform consulting practices. I was particularly impressed by the sessions that highlighted cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, which sparked new ideas for how I can better serve my clients. The practical workshops allowed for hands-on experience with various resources, making it easy to visualize how these tools could be integrated into my offerings. Networking was another highlight of the event. Engaging with industry colleagues provided fresh perspectives and the chance to exchange best practices. Overall, this event was a game changer for me. I feel more equipped and inspired to offer innovative solutions and resources that will enhance my clients' experiences. I highly recommend attending this event to any consultant looking to elevate their practice and stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.

They really put on a wonderful event from start to finish that exceeded by expectations. It's also worth mentioning the incredible guitarist they had performing live during the event! I mean, wow! You outdid yourself TPSU! Can't wait for the next event.

Personally, I welcome opportunities to participate in TPSU's Fiduciary Educational events. It is beneficial to connect with colleagues who have similar responsibilities and challenges. The host and the instructors are highly qualified, and the topics covered are current and relevant. They are all approachable and want to respond to your questions. As a result of this experience, I believe I've become more effective in my role as an HR Manager for a small company by applying what I learned. I highly recommend these events to others looking to improve their skills and better fulfill their fiduciary duties for 401(k) Plan sponsors.

I attended the Fiduciary Education Program on at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. I was extremely pleased to find that not only were the presenters top notch, but also there was no sales pitch. The speakers represented very reputable financial firms. The presentations provided enough detail to allow novice fiduciaries to gain a solid foundation, while allowing more experienced professionals to gain greater depth of knowledge. Each presenter and panelist provided insight and responded to questions for practical application upon return to the office. Enjoyable, informative and presented well by experienced financial experts. I am recommending TPSU to colleagues.

I attended TPSU's Fiduciary Educational Program and enjoyed the session while learning from expert speakers about 401K Fiduciary responsibilities. We were grouped with peers, and it is always comforting to know you aren't the only one struggling with like issues around 401K tasks. There is a certification opportunity for the C(k)PF which is a great added benefit.

TPSU ran an excellent educational seminar for anyone who is responsible for managing retirement plans. The information was relevant, current and well presented. As you can imagine this type of information can be somewhat dry. However, the TPSU team kept the conversation engaging and encouraged interaction from participants. At my first TPSU seminar in 2019, I learned a lot about retirement plans and fiduciary responsibilities and implemented new practices and procedures. I was thrilled by the difference it made for us. After attending the seminar again in September of 2023, I experienced additional valuable takeaways in plan design and administration. I recommend this seminar to everyone that is involved in 401k or 403b activities at their organization. It is interactive and engaging. Presenters are not just trying to sell you something.

The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) is an invaluable resource for anyone who administers 401k Plans. I, like many at the seminar, have no specific training in this very important responsibility with huge financial impact. TPSU provides basic and practical information from industry professionals to assist in improving Plans and complying with laws. The speakers were knowlegeable and actively engaged the group. Kameron Jones was especially effective. Also, it's a great opportunity to connect with peers at other companies to see what works or doesn't work in their 401k Plans. I highly recommend TPSU.

I attended the Fiduciary Education Program delivered by TPSU this week and found the program to be extremely informative and worthwhile. As an HR professional specializing in smaller offices (under 50 employees), I've often been the primary contact for my company's 401K plan. Although we've always had an advisor, this program greatly enhanced my knowledge about and understanding of definite contribution plans. The program was interesting, the instructors and panelists were knowledgeable and I found it to be completely worthwhile.

I'll be honest - I wasn't super excited about attending a 5.5 hour fiduciary training, however, this was super engaging and informative. It was nice knowing that I wasn't the only individual in the room who wasn't sure of his/her fiduciary responsibility in their role and also refreshing that the room seemed free of judgment for "silly" questions. Everyone was very supportive. I took away a TON of helpful information - what the "prefect" retirement plan should look like, ways to improve current practices and increase participation, etc. Highly recommend for anyone who works in retirement plan administration.

I attended this 6 hour course yesterday and learned quite a bit about the responsibilities of a fiduciary. The presenter was knowledgeable and personable. I felt he was easily able to get the attention of the attendees and engage us in discussion. I liked the small group discussions and appreciated that they were divided by company size as we found there were several things we had in common for our businesses, plus that is a great way to network. A couple suggestions I have would be to include a sheet in the folder of acronyms as I know some us were not familiar with the 401(k) terms being discussed. Additionally, I think the program needs to be 30-60 minutes longer by adding in 10-15 minutes for a few of the sessions. Some sessions were rushed and breaks were shortened to accommodate. The timeline was very strict in order to get everyone out on time, which I appreciate not running over but feel could have been better utilized if the course was 7 hours from the beginning. As an attendee, with such heavy material, a minimum 15 minute break is ideal with 20-30 minutes for lunch. I did not like the working lunch and would have rather had the downtime to process all the covered material prior to meeting with individual groups.
