Compensation Strategies for Remote Work and Organizational Culture

Content Summary

Discover how organizations are changing their compensation and workforce practices when it comes to remote work and organizational culture.

The goal of this survey was to identify the changes that organizations are making to their labor and compensation practices, particularly regarding AI, remote work, and organizational culture. This report is one of two white papers that offer insights into the present impact of these compensation and policy drivers, with survey results related to AI tools and their implementation reported in ERI’s Artificial Intelligence and Compensation Strategies - Fall 2025 white paper. To summarize the results of this second portion of the study, this report is split into three sections: compensation and workforce planning changes, changes to remote work, and organizational culture impacts.
