TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in San Diego, CA, helps subject matter experts, internal trainers, supervisors, and learning professionals design and deliver engaging workplace training.

Participants learn adult learning principles, communication styles, needs assessment, measurable learning objectives, instructional design, active learning techniques, facilitation, assessment development, and strategies for managing challenging classroom situations.

This highly interactive, instructor-led program is limited to a small group. Participants lead training activities, complete a final videotaped presentation, and receive practical coaching and feedback from the facilitator and their peers.

TrainSMART’s program is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers and is reviewed regularly to reflect current training practices and professional competencies. Eligible participants may pursue an internationally recognized IBCT trainer credential.
