TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Orlando, FL, helps professionals build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to deliver engaging workplace training.

The course covers adult learning principles, communication styles, training needs assessment, learning objectives, instructional design, facilitation methods, active learning, evaluation, presentation skills, and classroom management. Participants learn how to organize training that flows logically and keeps learners involved.

This instructor-led workshop is limited to a small group and emphasizes hands-on practice. Participants facilitate activities, deliver a final videotaped training session, and receive coaching and feedback from an experienced master trainer.
